Our experience shows that Sharelians handle rented articles with care. But accidents happen to everyone. That's why Zurich offers insurance coverage for items and vehicles on Sharely during the rental period.

Everything you need to know summarized:

All items are insured up to a maximum purchase/time value of CHF 15,000.

For each rental with insurance coverage, the borrower pays an insurance premium.

Up to 24 months after the date of purchase, all items are insured at new value and thereafter at current value.

In case of damage the borrower pays a handling fee of 10%, but at least CHF 100.
